The 14-Day Rule

If it’s not right, send it back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. No awkward forms, no interrogation.

How To Return

1. Email hey@stuner.co with your order number.
2. We arrange pickup or drop-off that works for you.
3. Once we receive and check the item, your refund is on its way.

Refunds

Refunds hit your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Paid Cash on Delivery? We refund via instant wallet or bank transfer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or fit? Same 14-day window. Message us and we’ll swap it, stock permitting.

Wrong Or Faulty Item

Got the wrong piece or spotted a defect? That’s on us — we cover return shipping and make it right, fast.
